All members are welcome to join us at the National Botanic Gardens on Monday 4th September for our first meeting of the new season. If you cannot make it, you can join online through Google Meet.
At the October meeting we are both delighted and excited to have Guatemalan ecologist Challen Willemsen giving an online presentation from his cloud-forest clad homeland.
This event is a hybrid event which means that if you want to attend in person you are very welcome to; but if you cannot attend a link will appear on the page 15-minutes before the start of the event which when clicked will allow you to view and participate with the event online by video. This evening is only available to members of the Irish Orchid Society.
November’s meeting will be an opportunity for members to bring along any orchids that they have in flower or have issues and looking for advice.
Our January meeting will be entirely on-line, there will be no meeting at the Botanic Gardens. We will be discussing In-door growing techniques The May trip to the Mathers Foundation and organisation of that trip. We'll also announce the winners of the Xmas competition.
